The initial plan to design only a bus terminal for the growing tourists in Baguio developed into a commercial hub and hotel with a chapel that christens the whole project. The design takes form from the rich Ifugao imagery, local pine trees, and the topography of the locality, putting vibrance in the area reminiscent of mountain resorts that celebrates the culture and character of the north.
